EDGE Restaurant & Bar, located inside Four Seasons Hotel Denver, announces a Father’s Day event on Sunday, June 19, 2022 created especially for Dad, with the entire family in mind. The talented culinary team led by Executive Chef Craig Dryhurst has elevated their brunch menu to ensure Father’s Day is a hit out of the park. Local craft brewery Tivoli Brewing Company will be partnering with EDGE Restaurant & Bar for this special occasion.
Upon arrival at EDGE Restaurant & Bar, each dad will receive a complimentary beer provided by Tivoli. The Corner Bar, one of EDGE’s three distinct bars, will be home base for those seeking some activities with their dads. In partnership with Tivoli Brewery, EDGE will host games for the family including cornhole and foosball – with live music taking place throughout the day.
“We wanted to do something fun and creative for our guests and our team for Father’s Day this year,” shares General Manager of EDGE Restaurant & Bar James Parsons. “In addition to transforming our Raw Bar into Dad’s Meat Market for our guests to select their cut of steak, which will be prepared to their liking, we have developed menu names as an homage to Dad.”
The special Father’s Day menu has been aptly named “Honey-Do List,” offering an array of brunch items including the Money Doesn’t Grow on Trees, and starters including Hey Slugger, You’re Grounded, and When I Was Your Age. Featured entrées include I Love You a Waffle Lot, Go Ask Your Mom, and a favourite with the team at EDGE, Dad Yolks Crack Me Up.
Swag bags for dads will also be available for those dining in EDGE Restaurant & Bar with dad-inspired goodies provided in partnership with Tivoli Brewing Company.
