The 349-room Hyatt Centric Edinburgh Haymarket is set to open in 2025, as part of the Haymarket Edinburgh development which will also comprise office blocks and retails unite, and a collaboration with Edinburgh College will also see the complex offer “a world-class hospitality training academy for students and trainees focused on a career path in Scotland’s leisure, hospitality, and tourism industry”.

Designed by Foster and Partners, the hotel will feature a fitness centre, four meeting rooms, and a “fresh and exciting dining concept”, which will see the regular rotation of six street food brands.
