Butcher & Still Steakhouse Takes Over La Capitale June 9-17 at Four Seasons Hotel Amman

Butcher & Still from Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island, voted in the top 50 best restaurants in the Middle East & North Africa, is taking over La Capitale brasserie from June 9 until June 17, 2022.

Head Chef Marshall Röth along with his Sous Chef Kartik Dubey will take over La Capitale for nine days so guests can experience an original Chicago-style steakhouse.

Guests at La Capitale can look forward to the signature truffle brioche bread, the mouthwatering crab mac & cheese as an appetizer, the 1.2 kilogram signature tomahawk steak or the lobster thermidor, and for the grand finale the unforgettable New York style cheesecake or the classic mud pie.

There is so much more to experience that guests will visit more than once during the nine days.
