Li Minghua, the deputy secretary of the General Party Branch of Canton Tower Cultural Tourism Development Co. Ltd. Said that they need to be more creative, since they cannot promote their brand to many customers in person. Hence, it’s important to introduce their products and Guangzhou City via cloud tourism, and after the pandemic, tourists have already got an idea of the scenic spot, and this will bring a large number of tourists who will come to see the Canton Tower, said Li.

Li said that a slow live-streaming goes on for around half a day, every day that displays the sight of Guangzhou from more than 400 meters above the ground. It is one of Canton Tower’s most well-known cloud tourism products, and it is the only live-streaming room that can get a view of complete Guangzhou. This live stream was launched in 2020, and till now, hundreds of millions of people have watched it.
