If you are looking for something unique for your bourbon-loving guy, Great Jones Distilling Co., Manhattan’s first and only legal whiskey distillery since Prohibition, has just what he needs. The Great Jones Straight Bourbon Whiskey (86 proof) is a light-to-medium-bodied bourbon with notes of creamy vanilla and a peppery finish. This smooth spirit is made with corn, malted barley and rye, and aged a minimum of four years in new charred American oak barrels.

Also for your spirit-loving guy, Starward Nova Australian Whisky, a single malt whisky matured in Australian red wine barrels for three years, provides a unique tasting experience. Starward draws influence from the “big red” wines of southeastern Australia where the distillery sources barrels from local wineries that previously held Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir. As a result, the flavor of the wine permeated into the oak provides a distinct color to the final spirit.
